The small print, kept human

Privacy Policy

This website (pahampar.com) is run by Irlan Dzanagov, an independent designer and developer based in Kortrijk, Belgium. I keep data collection to an absolute minimum. Here is exactly what happens with your information, in plain language.

Who is responsible

Irlan Dzanagov is the data controller. You can reach me any time at hello@pahampar.com.

What I collect, and why

The only personal data I collect is what you choose to type into the contact form:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your message

I use it for one purpose only: to read your inquiry and reply to you. The legal basis is your consent (given when you hit "send") and my legitimate interest in answering people who write to me. I never use your details for advertising, newsletters, profiling, or anything else.

How your message reaches me

The form is delivered to my inbox by a form-processing service, Web3Forms, which transmits your message on my behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. Where this involves transferring data outside the European Economic Area, it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

No cookies, no tracking, no analytics

This site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising, and no analytics. Nothing follows you around the web, and no profile of you is built, so there is no cookie-consent banner to click. (My host, Vercel, may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, briefly for security and to serve the site; these are not used to identify or track you.)

Who I share it with

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. The only service that ever handles it is the form-delivery provider (Web3Forms) named above, acting strictly on my instructions.

How long I keep it

I keep your message only as long as needed to deal with your inquiry and any follow-up. If our exchange does not lead to an ongoing relationship, I delete it within 12 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can, at any time:

  • Access — ask for a copy of what I hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask me to fix anything incorrect.
  • Erasure — ask me to delete it.
  • Object / restrict — ask me to stop or limit using it.
  • Withdraw consent — take back your consent whenever you like.

Just email hello@pahampar.com and I will respond within 30 days, free of charge. If you believe I have mishandled your data, you can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, dataprotectionauthority.be).

Changes

If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top.
